Showcase site and online menu for Wati's Eat

Wati's Eat is the snack bar at Watissart, in Jeumont, an open-air spot built around an artificial beach. People come for the day, and they eat on site.

We designed an online menu for them. A QR code or a contactless chip on the tables would be enough to open it on the customer's phone, complete and readable, with nothing to install.

It carries everything the place serves. The sweet side, with waffles, crêpes, ice creams and slushies. The savoury side, with hot dogs, paninis, sandwiches and salads. The drinks, from coffees to smoothies and mojitos. And the snacks. Every price is there, extras included.

The home page opens on a photograph of the setting and puts a selection of specialities up front, to tempt before asking anyone to choose. The rest reads in one go, section by section.

This project also served us internally. The mockup was the setting for a Figma course for our developers, and the build was handed to two of our apprentices, Adam and Youri.
