Le Village Canin is a centre entirely given over to dogs, in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux. A specialist shop, a grooming salon, and covered training spaces: a 680 m² hall floored with synthetic grass, a play room and a training room. You rent a space by the hour to train on your own, or book a trainer-led class, from the puppy nursery to competition preparation, with no licence required.
No off-the-shelf product covered the whole of it, neither how the centre runs nor how it takes payment: the card is stored on the day of the booking, charged with nothing, and the session is only paid for three days before it happens, with an email arriving the day before the debit. So Openiera built the bespoke application, with the management panel that comes with it.
Booking follows the calendar of the space or the class chosen, always up to date. Class slots are booked session by session, spaces by the hour, and a pack of sessions bought up front brings the price of each one down. Cancelling more than seventy-two hours before the session is refunded into a wallet, immediately reusable, and paying in three free instalments runs through Klarna, with Bancontact for the customers coming over from Belgium.
The centre steers everything from the same tool: the sessions and their trainers, the bookings that get moved or cancelled, the customers and their dogs, the session packs and the invoicing, and bookings taken in a customer's name by the staff.
Taking over the past mattered as much as building the new. The centre's existing bookings and its whole customer base, kept until then in diaries and on its old site, were brought in before the switchover, so that nobody started from zero: neither the centre, nor the regulars of its slots.
Le Village Canin has been welcoming its visitors on agility-dog.fr since 12 October 2026.
